• Determination of the property’s value: we analyse the property to determine its value, by considering all the parameters that are likely to influence it.
• Our mission as advisors: according to clients’ specific requests, the advice ranges from strategy, to management and asset analysis, or even the appropriateness of certain transfers (free or paid).

Our different types of intervention :

• Asset management: property sales, rentals/ inheritance distribution, inter vivos distribution/ leaving joint possession/ preferential attribution.
• Assistance in tax declarations: inheritance, “ISF” (French tax that must be paid by individuals whose combined assets are valued at more than 1.3 million euros).
