General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

1. General informations GDPR
The following data protection declaration applies to navigation on our website and to services that may be offered there. This website is edited by LAZARE INVEST IMMO - 145 Route de la Gare – 44120 VERTOU which is considered responsible by art. 4 of the European General Data Protection (« GDPR »). Our data controller is Fabrice Sabran.


2. Data recovery
2-1 Browser : Our website collects informations automatically in log files on server(s). Informations collected in this way are those provided bu your browser and are necessary for the correct display of our webpages (Art. 6 para 1, point f of the GDPR) :
   - IP address of your computer (or proxy depending on your connection mode)
   - Call for files that you need
   - HTTP response code
   - The referring addresses or your requests
   - Timestamp of your requests
   - Type and version of your browser
   - Operating system of your computer 

Log files are in no way used to identify individuals. These files are likely to be used to diagnose technical issues. 

Some of the services we use, listed below, may use cookies on your computer. You can delete these cookies from your browser, however this may affect the correct display of our website. 

2-2 Email, Phone, paper, oral communication : We may collect personal data during exchanges by email, phone, oral or written. In these settings, we are likely to use third-party service providers – which undertake to comply with GDPR regulations on personal data. 

2.3 Google Services : We draw your attention to the fact that the consultation of our website transmits certain information to Google (as mentioned in paragraph 2.1 of this declaration). This transmission can be linked to your Google account if you are logged into it while browsing our website – you can log out of your Google account before browsing our website to prevent storing this information on your Google profile. 

Google store your data in the form of usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research and/or to ensure an appropriate presentation of its website. This analysis is mainly carried out (even for users who are not logged in) to provide targeted advertising. You have the right to refuse the creation of user profiles. To exercise this right, however, you must contact Google.

2.3-1 Google Maps : We use the Google Maps mapping tool. This solution allows us to display maps directly on our website and allows you to have a comfortable view of the mentioned geographical area. The use of the Google Maps service on our site is based on Art.6 para.1 point f of GDPR. 

2.3-2 Google ReCaptcha : We use the Google ReCpatcha form protection tool. This solution allows us to secure our forms against robot attacks. The use of the Google ReCaptcha service on our site is based on Art.6 para.1 point f of GDPR.

2.3-3 Youtube : We use the Youtube video player tool. This solution makes it easier to read and display videos on our website. The use of the Youtube service on our internet is based on Art.6 para.1 point f of GDPR. The Youtube service is published by Google.


3. Data collection
3.1 Contact form : If our website has a form allowing you to contact us, you are likely to leave personal data there. This data will be used to process your request and any actions related to it. We undertake not to pass your data on to third parties for advertising, market research or opinion poll purposes. This use of data is based on Art. 6, paragraph 1, point b of GDPR or on Art. 6 para. 1 point f of GDPR. 

3.2 Newsletter : Our website may offer you the opportunity to subscribe to a Newsletter, for this purpose, entering and storing your email address is necessary. Additional personal information (such as surname, first name) may be required depending on the case. Certain additional information (as defined in paragraph 2.1 of this declaration) may also be recorded. You explicitly agree that we keep this data for sending the Newsletter. 

The subscription to the Newsletter is subject to the double opt-in, that is to say that after the validation of your subscription request to our Newsletter, you will receive an email with a unique link allowing you to confirm your request. Clicking on this link will validate your registration. This click is likely to allow us to record data as defined in paragraph 2.1 of this declaration. 

Our Newsletters include an unsubscribe link allowing you to unsubscribe from these mailings. It should be noted that for technical reasons, it is possible that your removal from our lists takes a few hours without being able to exceed 48 hours. Your unsubscribe request may result in the recording of data as defined in paragraph 2.1 of this declaration. 

This use of data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 point a of GDPR. 

3.3 Email, phone and other collection methods : We may obtain personal data through various means. The data collected during these collections are processed as mentioned in paragraph 5 of this declaration.


4. Transfer to third party
If, by using one of the options listed in paragraphs 2 and 3, you have transmitted personal data to us, these will not normally be communicated to third parties. They are only transmitted:
   - in accordance with your consent (see paragraph 5 of this declaration).
   - to authorized subcontractors who only receive the data necessary for the execution of your request.
   - to external service providers (these have been carefully chosen and appointed by our company and are required to comply with the  instructions and provisions of the GDPR).
   - as part of legal obligations, to services authorized to obtain this information.


5. Data processing
We collect and process your information for the following purposes or for purposes which are detailed to you during the data collection : 

5.1 Informations request, Complaints : the data is used to provide a response to your request. In order to offer the best possible customer relationship, we are likely to store your requests and complaints. 

5.2 Execution of your contracts, customer management : Your data is used for the creation of contractual documents, invoicing, the execution of our services, advice and our legal obligations.


6. Cookies
6.1 General : This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are saved in your browser's memory. The following types of cookies are used on our website:
   – Temporary cookies (see para. 6.2)
   – Permanent cookies (see para. 6.3) 

6.2 Temporary cookies : Temporary cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include session cookies. These save a session ID which allows you to assign the various requests from your browser to the session concerned. They allow your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or when you close the browser. 

6.3 Permanent cookies: Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a predefined duration which varies depending on the cookie. You can delete these cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser. 

6.4 Cookies removing : You can configure your browser to refuse all or some cookies. However, this may affect navigation on our website.


7. External links and social network
On our website, you are likely to find links to external sites or social networks. These are all links, no data is transmitted to these entities until you click on them.


8. Duration and Retention of data
Your data is only used for as long as is necessary for the existing customer relationship unless you have given your consent or we have a legitimate interest in the further processing of this data. In these cases, we process your data until you revoke your consent or until you oppose our legitimate interests. Irrespective of this, we are required to keep your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years in accordance with the provisions of commercial and tax law. 

Your data is stored using security protocols including SSL access when possible, a strict limitation of persons able to consult the data (access to resources reserved for identified persons, access restricted by rights management, limitation of workstations accessing documents).

With regard to us, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
